It almost unraveled at the last minute after this guy had the place appraised just at the last minute. He said he didn't agree with his appraisal. He wanted to buy the house for $30,000 less after we spent $10,000 to make the changes he wanted. He pulled that on us, and that would've been a $40,000 loss to us at the time. We had already committed to purchasing another house. Nobody does that. But Don Anthony and Leanne helped us through all of that. Don Anthony and Leanne were the best to work with. They were always there when we needed them."

Patrick - "We listed with him, at a really good price. They showed the house about four or five times. It sold within about a week or two. I was so excited I couldn't believe it. They were very professional. It was a very good experience. We were just overwhelmed. I had a couple of houses for sale because I had remarried. We had a couple of houses we were trying to unload things. This is such a relief. They did a wonderful job, very professional, and upfront. They actively promoted the house. We had several houses because my wife had passed away and my [current wife's] husband had passed away. We ended up with several houses that we had rented [out]. I don't know what they did, but they really had out-shown everybody else we had representing us in the other houses we were selling."
